Earlier this year, I wrote a novella called THE MONEY BLOCK. It’s part of A Grifter’s Song series, created by Frank Zafiro and published by Down & Out Books.

I have to admit, one of the reasons I committed to writing one of the books in the Grifter’s Song series second season was the fantastic cover art in season one. I’m happy to report that season two’s covers are just as beautiful. Take a look at mine:

Isn’t it great? It definitely does not disappoint. The A Grifter’s Song series follows Sam and Rachel, a couple deeply in love and on the grift. In a world of the long con, and the constant con, this love between them is the only real and true thing in their lives. Everything else is a façade, a play, a way to work the mark. Each focuses on a different con, and with authors like Gary Phillips, Eryk Pruit, and Asa Maria Bradley (and many more) contributing, you’re guaranteed a wild ride.

In THE MONEY BLOCK, Sam and Rachel con the owner of a chain of California gyms into investing in their fake cryptocurrency. The story takes them from the velvet-white slopes of a posh Lake Tahoe ski resort to a near-abandoned group of honeymoon cottages in Santa Cruz, culminating in a finale that will leave Sam and Rachel forever changed. I had a great time writing this book and I can’t wait until its available for purchase.

You can buy episodes, including THE MONEY BLOCK, a la carte, but if you subscribe to the season, you get: delivery on or before the release date (first of each month, beginning January 1, 2020 with Episode 7), a discount that equates to one episode for free, and a free bonus episode that is available to subscribers only. If you want the paperback, you get the two-volume collection containing all seven episodes in July, along with all digital episodes on their release.

Subscribe to A Grifter’s Song season one and get all six episodes; pre-order season two to receive those episodes beginning on January 1.
